Our shop is said to have sold clothes and millinery in the past but had been closed as a business premises for at least 50 years before we opened Teas on the Terrace. Historical details are scanty and your help with any available information would be appreciated. The premises were recently extensively and sympathetically renovated by Hayden Hart Civil Engineering Pty Ltd (tel 0407 609 134). We are situated next door to the historic Quorn banking premises of the English, Scottish and Australian Chartered Bank (ES&A Bank), which is now a private house and headquarters for Wallaby Tracks Adventure Tours.
